SiteManager 7.0 RC5

This is a test version (Release Candidate) of SiteManager 7.0. It is not intended for production use.

Added ability to filter and sort Form data area by more than one property at a time. Refined user interface to be more user friendly.
Improved speed of Active interfaces for all mtomrelationship queries.

Fixed bug where double clicking on a Form would open the contents of that Form, instead of opening the Form itself.
Fixed bug where all menu orders could not be overridden if they were previously specified using an old version of SiteManager.
Fixed many issues with existing Form Data area (rewrite replaced many of these outright).
Fixed bug where re-ordering pages wouldn't flag affected pages requiring re-publication.
Fixed IE8 compatibility issue with multi-object selection filter (would Javascript error, not suppress Enter as form submission).
Fixed issue where Active files couldn't be uploaded in public site (publication was incorrectly attempted).
Fixed bug preventing CRON from executing if document root was guessed.

Set default for new Redirections to 302 (Temporary redirection).
Changed Form dialog to exclude the "User Profile Records" from the pre-existing Database list.
Changed Form dialog to allow creation of new databases via "New database..." option (previously was "Other...", which was confusing).
